SCS Conducts Orientation and Mentoring for DOST-ASTI personnel
The Scientific Career System (SCS), in collaboration with the Department of Science and Technology - Advanced Science and Technology Institute (DOST-ASTI), conducted the SCS Orientation and Mentoring: “Be a Career Scientist” on February 18, 2025, at the ASTI Training Room in Diliman, Quezon City. The event was attended by 40 participants (19 female, 21 male) from DOST-ASTI, aiming to enhance their understanding of the SCS and its opportunities for career advancement.
The orientation provided a comprehensive overview of the SCS, covering its objectives, application process, and benefits. By equipping research personnel with this knowledge, the initiative reinforces DOST-ASTI’s commitment to driving scientific innovation and advancement.

His work is instrumental in bridging the academe and industry, highlighting the importance of collaboration in accelerating Industry 4.0 adoption.
