The Scientific Career System (SCS), in collaboration with the Department of Science and Technology Regional Office No. X and Provincial Science and Technology Office - Bukidnon, conducted the ππΎπ ππ§πππ£π©ππ©ππ€π£ ππ£π πππ£π©π€π§ππ£π: βπ½π π πΎππ§πππ§ πππππ£π©ππ¨π©β on April 2-3, 2025, in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon. The event was attended by 59 participants (42 female, 17 male) from Northern Mindanao.
The activities aimed to promote a career in science and encourage research personnel in Northern Mindanao to apply to the SCS, consequently increasing the number of conferred career scientists under the System.
The Scientific Career System (SCS) welcomes Dr. Lilian P. Villamor, newly conferred Career Scientist I of the Department of Agriculture - Philippine Carabao Center (DA-PCC).
Dr. Lilian P. Villamor is the Head of the National Livestock Cryobank (NLC) and a Senior Science Research Specialist at the DA-PCC. She specializes in the conservation of animal genetic resources, contributing to sustainable livestock production systems.
